The Fairlie 55
The Fairlie 55. The first spirit of tradition yacht from Fairlie has been designed over the last 6 months, at 55’long and just 10t displacement she will have all the performance of a modern racing yacht with the elegance and beauty of a William Fife designed classic. Oxford University Barge
The drawing office is currently assisting with the restoration of an Oxford University Rowing Barge dating back to the 1800’s. At 23m long and 4.5m beam she will be used for social events on the Thames.
The Sundowner Daysailer
The Fairlie Design office has just completed the design of a performance daysailer to be called the 'Sundowner'. She will be offered as a semi-production yacht with owners being encouraged to customise.

75' Cruising Yacht Concept launched
Fairlie's design office has launched their proposal for a 75' cruising yacht.

75' Cruising Yacht under development
After discussions with two separate clients who are interested in a new build 70-80' cruising yacht Fairlie’s design office has started developing a 75’ (23m) cruising yacht concept.
A yacht of this size would provide space for three en suite cabins with a generously sized saloon.
On deck several different rigs are being developed, including a cutter and ketch options.
28m Cruising Yacht Concept unleashed at Monaco Superyacht Show 2007
Fairlie’s Naval Architect Paul Spooner has returned from the Monaco Superyacht show after launching his new 28m Cruising Yacht Concept.

Design office expansion
Due to the ever increasing workload on the Fairlie design office an additional designer has been employed.
Tom de la Haye will be working alongside Paul on every aspect of the current projects.
Viking Ship Project
16th August 2007
Paul recently visited Iceland to inspect progress on the Viking Ship Project.
The rig is nearing completion and the launch of the vessel is imminent.
